Because I guarantee all of my work, if you should ever have to return a purchase because it wasn't what you thought, I'll credit or refund the total amount, less shipping if returned in its original condition within 15 days of receipt. All items must be unused and in resalable condition. Please contact me before returning. 

Lifetime Warranty:If something you purchased from Runako Designs should ever break from normal wear, please return it with all original pieces and I'll gladly repair it. The only thing you ever pay is shipping.  If breakage is caused by neglect or chemical cleaning just return it with all original pieces and I'll repair, charging only the cost of new materials and/or components. All you pay is shipping.

Ordering
Orders are processed securely online through a Paypal shopping cart.  Once your order is placed online, you will receive an order confirmation, provided you enter your email address.If you prefer to order offline, please contact me by phone or email to place your jewelry order.  When ordering offline, please provide me with the details of your order (product description, product number, color, name, address and contact number).  I will contact you to confirm your order before shipping.  If you are paying by credit card, please call me with your credit card number or I can call you, but please DO NOT send credit card information through email.


Forms of Payment
Online orders are processed through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to place your order. If you wish to pay offline, please email me.  I accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Teller Checks, Money Orders.  Credit card orders will be processed through a secure, private invoicing system (Pro Pay).  None of your information is ever stored.  Once your credit order has been processed and approved, all information will be destroyed. I will ship orders once money has been received and approved.


Shipping/Delivery

We currently ship anywhere in the United States and Canada.

FREE Shipping:
Shipping is free on all U.S. retail orders over $100.00. (Excludes International orders, U.S. Express Mail delivery orders, and wholesale orders.).  See grid below for all shipping costs.

US Shipping:
I ship all U.S. packages USPS First Class or Express Mail. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery (depending on your shipping choice). Please understand that Runako Designs will not be responsible for items lost in the mail and for this reason all packages are automatically insured. If you wish to have your order Expressed, please choose that option when ordering.

Canadian Shipping
Orders shipped to Canada, will be shipped Global Priority. Insurance is not available with this option. You will be responsible for any customs or other fees that may apply to your delivery.

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order. This usually accounts for processing of your payment and or creation of your product. Customized orders or orders placed during the holiday may take longer, depending on design and availability of material. If delays occur on my end, I will notify you immediately. If you need your order sooner than the normal processing time, please contact me and I’ll try to make special arrangements to have your product completed sooner.

You will be able to track your order with the USPS by the shipping confirmation number that will be emailed to you, once your order is shipped.
