Custom designs require a 50% non refundable deposit and all sales are final.  If of course you find any defects in the craftsmanship of your purchase, I'll gladly repair or replace it for free. 

Because special orders may require material that is not in inventory, please allow extra time for your purchase to be created and shipped.  I recommend that any special orders placed for weddings be placed at least two months in advance when possible.  I will do my best to get it to you sooner; however, I do ask that you plan ahead.

Weddings

Wedding orders placed for 4 or more of one product design will receive a 15% discount. 

Because orders may require special color crystals or pearls, please allow enough time when ordering to be able to have your purchase designed and shipped in time.
